Police Arrest Male After Responding to North Dumfries Break and Enter in Progress
Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Services’ South Division have laid charges after a break and enter in North Dumfries.
On August 2, 2025, at approximately 4:50 p.m., police received a report of a break and enter in progress at a business on Dumfries Road.
Officers arrived and located the suspect a short distance away.
A 46-year-old Cambridge male was arrested and charged with:
- Break and enter
- Possession of break and enter tools
- Mischief under $5,000
