Waterloo Regional Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a male wanted in connection to an ongoing bank card investigation in Kitchener.

On August 1, 2026, police received a report of a fraudulent use of a bank card. The card was fraudulently used by two unknown suspects to purchase over $400 worth of merchandise from a business on Highland Road West.

As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Ramone Cooper, 40, for the charges of:

• Use of Credit Card

The whereabouts of Mr. Cooper are unknown and attempts by police to locate and arrest him have been unsuccessful.
